The position
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for timely planning and proper execution of Quality Control (QC) projects in Emerging Technologies (ET) QC, which are initiated by the Director, and Project Manager in question, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on departmental and/or project levels.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Support generation of new project ideas and identifying best practices and learnings across the organisation 
• Define project scope, goals, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, cost and timeline for medium or high complexity projects
• Ensure relevant cross-functional alignment and project endorsement
• Identify risks and mitigation actions in the process of execution
• Proactively identify needs and priorities of stakeholders

Moreover, you will build strong and effective relationships with relevant affiliates. Exhibiting clear and motivating communication with respective affiliates.

Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who is  able to meet the constant changes, short notice developments, and unexpected problems, and deal with them in an effective and prompt manner.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold a Masters’ degree in life sciences, engineering or IT related subjects
• Have several years’ experience as a Project Manager, wither within IT, automation or QC laboratories
• Have experience with connectivity on equipment e.g. hardware interface development
• Ideally have gained said experience withing the pharmaceutical industry, or other GxP regulated
• Are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken

It will be seen as an advantage if you have knowledge about working in a laboratory, about LIMS systems is an advantage, implementation of new software solutions in QC.

On a personal level, you are positive and cooperation oriented, with a can-do mindset. You are flexible, reliable, analytical, result oriented and demonstrate good communication skills.

About the department
Our department, "Analytical Technology & Innovation," is a part of Emerging Technology, DP MSAT & QC. It comprises 5 teams collaborating to improve and innovate workflows within QC laboratories. You will join a high-performing and motivated team of 11 individuals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians. 

Our goal is twofold; ensuring that all equipment in QC is qualified and ready to perform at our site in Måløv and to innovate new ways of working by introducing automation and digital solutions across our QC sites in Emerging Technologies and in Novo Nordisk.

The job is based at Måløv in Denmark, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
