The position
As Project Manager in IM2, you will ensure that scope, time schedule, economy and quality is adhered to in the projects you work with. You will both lead and support our investment projects, all of which are selected as priorities for the ambitious strategic aspirations of IM2 and site Kalundborg. Most projects are focused on opti-misation, scaling or development towards future process initiatives or introducing new products to the manufac-turing lines. We also manage construction projects as the department is developing in size and capacity.
Part of driving your projects will be following the Novo Nordisk Project Execution Model. You will be performing data-based risk assessments and developing alternative project paths to allow for concise managerial assess-ment of choice consequences, apart from of course ensuring strong information flows, stakeholder backing and timely delivery.
Qualifications
As we are managing projects that are both process and construction related, and therefore you must either have a solid understanding of the processes and equipment we work with or have solid construction skills.

About the department
Insulin Manufacturing 2 (IM2) in Kalundborg is part of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) area in Novo Nordisk. The plant has seven different departments, with more than 700 colleagues producing the core ingredi-ent of many of the quality products we deliver to people living with diabetes around the world. In the IM2 Pro-ject Team you will be part of a team that supports all departments, driving a variety of high importance invest-ment projects developing and optimising the facility.
The IM2 Business Support area consists of about 130 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds, all with the common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strat-egies within API. At site Kalundborg, we produce diabetes and obesity products 24/7 distributed to patients worldwide.
