The position
You will become part of the Project Management office (PMO) at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech in Køge. You will be leading one or more projects which will vary in size and scope related to the manufacturing pharmaceutical ingredients for Novo Nordisk and external customers. Depending on your qualifications and professional interests, you will be working on projects aimed at the refurbishment of existing production facilities or the establishment of new facilities within manufacturing and laboratories, introducing new IT systems, automation solutions, digitalisation of processes and much more.
Your main tasks will be:
Leading medium to large projects and interacting with a group of team members (internal and external) including Project Coordinators, Project Planner, Controllers, specialists, engineers, and operators.
Creating, together with key project members, project plans with appropriate levels of detail and presenting these plans to senior management.
Utilising the established governance within project management to provide clarity on responsibilities and expectations in your project team, meeting structure, feedback procedures and the routines of collaboration.
Your workplace will be at our site in Køge, beautifully located by the bay.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, working with 16 highly skilled Project Managers, Planners, Assistants, Controllers and our Project Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you possess:
M.Sc., B.Sc. within Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Project Management or similar.
Several years of experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; solid experience in project management, scale-up or new building of facilities and compliance projects, as well as proven record of managing stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of and experience in different project management frameworks such as: Waterfalls, Stage Gate Model and Agile Project Management.
You are experienced in communicating at all levels; fluent in written and spoken English and can communicate in Danish.
The job requires a high degree of independence and a flair for leadership. As a person the job requires a high degree of cross functional skills, to set goals and deliver results. You know how to stay focused, despite changing demands or tight deadlines. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
