Your Position
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career within project management of telecommunication system projects.

It is important that you are passionate about your job and can keep your team motivated. You will ensure that customers are well informed and that any unforeseen issues are handled in cooperation with the customers.
You have a strong visible profile and communicate well at all organisational levels. You take initiative and approach your tasks solution-oriented and with good energy.

Task and responsibilities:

• Day-to-day project planning and alignment of expectations in cooperation with project team.
• Complete quality projects according to budget and timeline.
• Status reporting with focus on project economy, quality, progress and milestones.
• Team and sub-supplier management according to corporate values.
• Technical engineer support and review of technical and qualitative methods.

Your profile and qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you have a technical background within telecommunication, electrical instrumentation, automation, Electronic Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar disciplines. 

Furthermore, you can demonstrate experience in management of international technical projects from a project-based industry – preferably the offshore industry and within telecommunication systems. 

• Participation in equipment manufacturing and/or automation solutions projects.
• Knowledge of various project management tools and models, ensuring appropriate solutions for your project and team.
• Ability to see the big picture, addressing finance, HSEQ, and customer requests with determination and experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in oral and written English

As a person you possess a commercial customer-centric mindset. You communicate proactively and methodically with an ability to engage your team and to create the special sense of team spirit through a situation-based approach.
