The position
As Project Manager, you own and manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring our supply chain is future-ready. You deliver high-quality solutions and actively apply strategic targets throughout the supply chain, from idea to handover.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Executing strategic transformation projects
• Establishing and overseeing comprehensive project schedules
• Coordinating cross-functional development of scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Steering multi-disciplinary project teams through all project phases, offering guidance and motivation
• Promoting inter-team coordination, communicating with stakeholders, and adapting to changing project needs

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you:

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, economics, engineering, or another relevant field
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of proven project management experience driving complex cross-functional supply chain projects, ideally in the pharma industry 
• Display a successful track record of effectively managing multiple projects and workstreams in a dynamic setting
• Possess excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, building trust, establishing broad professional networks, and influencing strategic decisions
• Showcase fluency in both written and spoken English

As a person, you possess strong communication and cooperation skills, you are structured with highly analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, you are motivated and work well under pressure. You respect the opinion of others yet can drive a decision through the team. Your time-management skills are excellent, and you can decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions as well as following up and following through. Finally, you think strategically and anticipate changes that could affect projects.

About the department
Inbound Supply Management is part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), which has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk and consists of 400 employees. We use our differences to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the SoOp function globally.

The current office location is Bagsværd but we will be relocating to Taastrup in January 2026.
