Project Manager – Property Management

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Property Management function in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for creative as well as technical projects for our offices, warehouse, production and test facilities in Denmark. Furthermore, you will be part of the daily operation of our facilities and services related.

Your base is Copenhagen, but the role covers all our locations in Denmark. We are currently located in Copenhagen, Brøndby, Frederikshavn and Holeby.

Our company is in constant change, and the job is to deliver the right solutions to support this. This spans from designing and implementing office layout and technical solutions, to planning and executing building maintenance and building projects. As we are using external providers for the execution, the job contains a large amount of vendor management.

You will play an important role in:

• Manage projects within office design and relocation.
• Head technical projects
• Plan and execute building projects
• Plan and execute building maintenance
• Perform vendor management
• Collaborate with different groups in the business

We imagine that you:
You probably have a technical background, or have relevant experience working in a technical context.

• You have experience in managing projects
• Knowledge in using relevant IT systems
• Know how to do vendor management
• Are good in collaborating with your peers
• Are self-driven
• Manages Danish and English, both spoken and in writing

We are a small and happy team of 5 people that manages large things, using our trusted partners which we have a tight and fruitful collaboration with.

In total we manage 7 locations in Denmark. We manage classical disciplines within facility management as well as canteen services, cleaning, reception and postal services.

Our premises spans around 100.000 m2, plus a number of rented facilities.
