Project Manager, Implementation of Applications

You will play an important role in:
As a Project Manager, you will:

• Plan, execute and finalize  implementation of IT applications in Primeserv Marine & Power
• Manage project teams
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline and resource allocation
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular reporting
• Lead change management efforts so ensure smooth application of new applications
• Be the connecting rod between Primeserv, IT and external partners in implementation
• Facilitate workshops and tests
• Analyze business needs

We imagine that you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Have previous experience with project management of international projects, workshop design and/or change management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (ie. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Understand and work well in the sphere between business & IT
• Are an independent, motivated learner and a collaborative team player.
• Have good English skills.
• Have good communication skills and are a good listener
• Are comfortable on presenting and training colleagues and management
• Are energetic and self-motivated and like to get things done

How is my new team/area of business?
Our department is responsible for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics for MAN Energy Solutions’ global After Sales. We are spread on several locations but primarily working out of our Copenhagen office and represent an innovative center of business intelligence, product ownership of digital applications and project management. We supply our global organization with crucial information, applications and analytical data, all to which help steer, run and develop the unique “machine” that is the MAN Energy Solutions business.
