Project Manager - Manufacturing and Process Development

The position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the patients using our dosage systems, everything we do must adhere to a well-defined set of regulations and quality standards. New processes and equipment must be qualified and validated to ensure that they comply with these standards. As a Project Manager, you will be leading a project team working on the component manufacturing development for a dosage system and play a key role in ensuring that the project members know what this requires from them.

Your success is determined by the results of your project team. To this purpose, you gather your team members around a clear scope and plan, and you ensure that they are excited and committed to delivering accordingly.

Some of your main tasks will include:

• Align with managers to assign the right resources to the various tasks, and work together to find solutions to resolve performance and collaboration challenges.
• Set up routines and structures to ensure effective communication and information sharing between project team members.
• Monitor progress, quality, and cost throughout the project, and have a full understanding of the critical path, bottlenecks, and risks of the project at all times.
• Ensure that mitigating actions are in place and take the lead in clearing roadblocks that obstruct project progress, as well as ensuring that the project scope and schedule are kept up to date to reflect changes along the way.
• Align and follow up with your customers to ensure that all deliverables meet their expectations.

On top of that, you will keep your steering group and stakeholders well-informed and escalate when necessary.

This position offers a high level of collaboration across the organization (from Strategic Sourcing to Quality Assurance) as well as with external suppliers.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect you to:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Possess knowledge of either plastics, metal, electronics, or any other materials from the pharma or GMP-regulated industry.
• Have 2-3 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

About the department

You will be joining 70+ dedicated colleagues in the FPMSAT Components Department in Hillerød. We develop the equipment and processes that transform great designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between development and production lines.

The dosage pen systems that are a big part of the success we enjoy are always under further development. We strive to ensure they meet and exceed the expectations of a growing and demanding market. We design all the equipment necessary to perform all the processes involved in the manufacturing of the dosage system components.
