The position
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the patients using our dosage systems, everything we do must adhere to a well-defined set of regulations and quality standards. New processes and equipment must be qualified and validated to ensure that they comply with these standards. As a Project Manager, you will be leading a project team working on the component manufacturing development for a dosage system and play a key role in ensuring that the project members know what this requires from them.
Your success is determined by the results of your project team. To this purpose, you gather your team members around a clear scope and plan, and you ensure that they are excited and committed to delivering accordingly.

On top of that, you will keep your steering group and stakeholders well-informed and escalate when necessary.
This position offers a high level of collaboration across the organization (from Strategic Sourcing to Quality Assurance) as well as with external suppliers.

About the department
You will be joining 70+ dedicated colleagues in the FPMSAT Components Department in Hillerød. We develop the equipment and processes that transform great designs into actual products for our patients, bridging the gap between development and production lines.
The dosage pen systems that are a big part of the success we enjoy are always under further development. We strive to ensure they meet and exceed the expectations of a growing and demanding market. We design all the equipment necessary to perform all the processes involved in the manufacturing of the dosage system components.
You will be working with experts in the field of manufacturing processes and raw materials for plastic, metal, and electronic components, and you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
