Project Manager

Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience from the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Project manager with Scheduling/Planning background to join an exciting project with our client. You will join a team, specializing in the use of Primavera Cloud and detail planning for project scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong background in pharma operations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Preferred 2-3 years of experience in a scheduling/planning role
• Proficiency in using Primavera Cloud for project scheduling and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data and make informed scheduling decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Strong skills within English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Utilize Primavera Cloud to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives
• Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and inputs for scheduling purposes
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential schedule risks and issues
• Communicate schedule-related information to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project timelines
• Contribute to the development and improvement of scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
