Project Manager to support growth

SampleMaster® is on an ambitious growth journey and is actively searching for a motivated Project Manager for our Marijampolé site to drive exciting projects.

Known as a value-creating partner and for our high-quality customized sample and decision tools, SampleMaster® proudly serves customers like Herman Miller, Steelcase, Bang & Olufsen, BoConcept, Bolia and many other global premium brands.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Administrate projects, maintain project plans, ensuring progress and meeting deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate project resources to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks and foster collaboration among internal departments.
• Ensure projects meet quality and sustainability standards effectively.
• Identify and prevent risks and implement alternative action plans.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with:

• Experience in project management. Experience with textile, wood and metal product development will be an advantage.
• Excellent logical skills and the ability to work proactively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset and management potential.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.  German language skills are an advantage.
