Sustainability Advocates is a vibrant program at Station in Copenhagen, dedicated to empowering students and young professionals to become leaders in sustainability through hands-on projects and educational initiatives. Our newsletter focuses on topics such as biodiversity, climate action, and sustainability, and is designed to inspire our community to take action for a better future.

About the Role

As the Project Manager for our newsletter, you will play an essential role in managing the content and ensuring its impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the editorial calendar, ensuring articles are planned, updated, and scheduled at least one month in advance.

• Ensuring all articles are finalized and posted before deadlines to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

• Conducting biweekly meetings with our passionate team of writers and contributors to offer guidance, encouragement, and support.

• Providing feedback and constructive advice on articles to help contributors improve their writing and maintain the high quality of our content.

• Helping with outreach and potential interviews, connecting the team with experts and inspiring voices in the sustainability field.

• Offering guidance to overcome challenges related to article creation and development, ensuring the content is engaging and impactful.
