You will join our Medical Science area, which is advancing research that enhances knowledge about health, wellbeing, and disease, with the potential to solve serious societal challenges and improve healthcare performance. There are three closely integrated departments within Medical Science that support basic discovery through translation and clinical care.
The position is a full-time employment within the department of Cardiovascular medicine. As Project Manager you will have a key role in developing new strategic research initiatives and grants within the whole Medical Science area, but with an emphasis on projects in the cardiovascular field. You will also take part in related projects such as organizing symposia and workshops or facilitating national and international expert meetings. The position is based in Copenhagen, and is an on-site position at the office.
Your responsibilities
As a Project Manager in Medical Science, you will support the development, coordination, assessment, and evaluation of new and existing initiatives. You should expect a diverse portfolio of projects of varying complexity and size.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a structured and independent person with strong communication and teamwork skills and with at least 5 years of project management experience. You will have experience as a Project Manager / Consultant with large complex projects within health care or life-science.
