You will play an important role in:
As a Project Manager, you will support strategic initiatives, ensuring effective change management, and optimizing the use of business processes.

More specifically, you will:

Within Project Management

  • Lead business projects through the execution model to execute on strategy.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within a matrix organization.
  • Create alignment of goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Anchor projects in the line organization by involving operation and line management.
  • Navigate through a complex environment with a solid understanding of project management tools.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage task and resource allocation, track capacity and workload, and provide insights to management.
  • Understand IT procedures and collaboration platforms.

Within Business Processes and Change Management

  • Support process optimization and anchoring in the organization.
  • Maintain smooth exchange between different business areas through processes.
  • Act as the change manager to support the people side of change using company best practices, tools, and techniques to anchor change initiatives and processes.
  • Support project managers and other colleagues in using processes at project start, supporting gate documentation collection and ensuring that decisions are documented and archived.
  • Conduct change analyses and identify key stakeholders for both projects and processes.
  • Ensure that projects and processes have an increased chance to anchor results and secure the speed of adoption in the business.
  • Identify and manage the adoption, use, and reinforcement of change.
  • Assess current awareness of the change and identify areas of resistance and readiness.
  • Provide leadership and direction to enhance the effectiveness of change.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders and leaders.

In this role, you will be expected to draw upon your previous experience in project and change management to bring our strategic initiatives to the next level. Your ability to think strategically and analyze situations will be crucial, combined with your solid understanding of procedures, processes, and collaboration platforms.

As a team player, you will work and communicate with diverse colleagues, motivate them, and accommodate for their varied backgrounds and roles within the organization. Proficiency in English as the main working language is essential.

An important aspect of this position involves embracing and initiating changes while guiding and supporting others in their adoption. Being self-driven and open-minded will lead you to continually find opportunities to optimize the way we operate and to design new ways of operating. Striking a balance between practical tasks and fostering creativity within your role will be essential for achieving success.

Lastly, maintaining a curious and inquisitive mindset, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning, will contribute to your growth and development in this role.

The team is composed of dedicated project, change and business process managers. We collaborate closely with approximately 600 colleagues in R&D and Engineering, as well as with other departments, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the anchoring of processes.
