The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction coordination and will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, ensuring key deliverables are met, and maintaining clear and effective communication with the site construction team. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and project goals are achieved.
• Ensure, in close corporation with the site safety team, that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical insights and solutions to construction challenges.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

The role is key in securing the successful implementation of the Site Energy HUB and will be the main oversight role liaising with the main engineering, construction, and site construction team to provide guidance, support, and technical insights.

Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, marine engineering) or equivalent experience. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. 
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills.
• Knowledge or experience from a GMP production environment would be considered as an asset.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you can communicate fluently in English and Danish, both in written and spoken form. As a person, you possess strong organizational and coordination skills combined with proven ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
