Position - Project Planner
Location - Taastrup, Denmark
This position is open to anyone within or open to relocating to Denmark.
Do you want to work on Denmark's largest Rail Infrastructure project?
We currently have a position in Denmark for a project planner who will be working on one of Denmark largest Rail infrastructure projects for rolling stock.
As Project Planner you will be responsible for planning and ensuring a timely rollout of a new fleet of Rolling Stock, establishing new maintenance facilities, and converting the project into a fully automatic network.
What will you be doing?
You will play an important role in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
You will work in close collaboration with our Project Planners and Project Managers and assist the Project Managers in relation to best practice within planning – both theoretically, practically, and technologically.
In projects where we already have a supplier, you will also have the possibility to work closely with them and visit their major assembly lines. With time, you will be a superuser of our planning tool, Primavera – if not already.
Your Tasks Would Be:
• Establish consolidated time schedules based on project inputs and cross-discipline planning to ensure realistic and communicable plans.
• Supervise and guide the use of planning tools such as Primavera, and have a solid knowledge of MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and propose mitigations when necessary to ensure credible forecasts.
• Organize and conduct monthly planning reporting to communicate progress and forecasts.
• Conduct detailed schedule analyses on engineering plans and prepare scenarios.
• Acquire a comprehensive overview and knowledge of all projects to address stakeholder inquiries.

You can probably recognize yourself in the following:
• Documented experience in planning complex projects and programs
• Skilled team player with strong liaison abilities, adept at analysing project requirements and ensuring comprehensive project planning. Proficient in identifying planning solutions by collaborating with relevant team leads.
• Experience in managing suppliers or handling customers in the domain of planning management.
• Preferred skills in IT projects- planning, but not mandatory
