The Position

You will become part of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in Køge, 20 kilometres south of Copenhagen (close to the new Køge Nord Station).

 

Project Planning is one of our core focus areas, and as Project Planner you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed project plans of various degrees of maturity. We are ambitious, and our project plans are crucial for effectively coordinating time and resources to realize these ambitions.

 

Among your responsibilities:

  • Your main tasks will be planning and progress follow-up.
  • Developing, establishing, and maintaining project plans in MS Project Online in close cooperation with Project Managers and the project team.
  • You will assist our Project Managers in making sure that the appropriate resources are available when needed by coordinating with Line Managers.
  • Participation in project-related workshops, some of which you will organize and lead.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • We welcome applications with no or few years’ experience within planning.
  • A supportive nature, willingness to learn and engage in the collaborative environment of our company.
  • You must be well-versed in English.

 

The job requires that you are structured and have an eye for details. Key is to support various stakeholders, follow an established process while navigating changes and challenges, an outgoing personality with a positive disposition is a must. You should feel comfortable working by yourself but also enjoy being part of a team setting.

At the Project Management Office (PMO) in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, we strive to be at the forefront of Project Management and Project Portfolio Management. We work continuously with developing best practice, sharing our learnings across projects and support our project managers through close collaboration with professional project resources such as Planners, Controllers, and Assistants.
