About the job

We are looking for an experienced technical coordinator to join our Project & Service support department.

In this role, you will provide vital technical expertise in metal manufacturing, manage spare part sales, coordinate corrective actions, and oversee warranty projects.

You will also support commercial project management and help ensure the efficient resolution of technical issues within the organization. International travel may be required as we continue to expand globally.

Your primary tasks

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support on metal fabrication and production processes, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Corrective Action Requests: Coordinating corrective action processes to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating commercial aspects of aftersales projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
• Warranty Projects: Overseeing warranty projects, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, and customer expectations are met.
• Spare Parts Sales: Managing the sales of spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

About you

We are looking for a degree in mechanical engineering, Academy Profession (AP) in production technology, marine engineering, or a related technical field.

2-5 years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably within the wind or steel industry.

• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and metalworking techniques.
• Experience in manufacturing, aftersales, warranty handling, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
