The Position
As a Strategy Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Build and implement the operating model for the project and future business opportunities.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for the greenfield project.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Facilitating the execution of strategic decisions across the project and its complex stakeholder landscape.
• Create effective and transparent strategy systems, structures, and processes to drive the project.
• Apply essential project management tools and methods. 

Furthermore, you will support the management team and report to the head of the PMO. You will be responsible for supporting key decisions throughout the project, including milestones.

Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Project Management, Business administration, finance, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within the greenfield or project development space.
• Foundational knowledge in specific areas to advise on scope changes and other technical aspects of the project.
• Experience in project/program management, preferably in a specialised/technical area or industry.
• Ability to drive cross-functional optimization and development initiatives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English.

You take a structured approach to your work and thrive in working independently across a diverse and dynamic business environment. In addition, you efficiently handle challenges and drive progress in our projects, ensuring that the direction is clean and that results are successfully delivered. 

Furthermore, you are a true team-player, fostering collaboration and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. You possess a strong organizational and planning skills with excellent communication and leadership skills. Lastly, you can build employee motivation and secure effective use of time and resources.

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
