The position
The project portfolio within Novo Nordisk External Supply is expanding, with new Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partnerships in the GCM DP project pipeline. Professional support in our daily Project/Program Management is crucial in achieving our set goals.
As a Project Supporter, you will collaborate closely with the Project team to ensure the realization of our objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
As a Project Supporter, you will work in tandem with Project/Program Managers and CMOs to initiate, execute, and transition projects to operation, ensuring consistent achievement of project goals across all initiatives.
Our projects necessitate a high level of interface between different departments, requiring agile working practices, complex stakeholder management, and a balance between physical and virtual settings. All CMOs are integrated into the Virtual Project group with local project management when needed, necessitating diverse interactions and a significant portion of work in virtual settings.

About the Department
GCM DP team is an integral part of Novo Nordisk’s External Supply organization and comprises +200 employees. The primary role of GCM DP is to ensure patient access to our products worldwide, and to support the establishment and operation of CMO sites in all continents where our focus is on Asia and Africa.
Your primary location is expected to be our Danish office in Høj Taastrup, with the option to work from other locations in a virtual setting as needed.
