As Program Manager, you will lead initiatives, manage internal and external stakeholders, ensure seamless collaboration with cross-site technical teams, and carefully manage milestones for positive outcomes.

Seasoned stakeholder management coupled with a strong commitment to driving project activities effectively  

Hands-on management of milestone deliveries and solution-oriented approach to challenges  

Collaborate closely with cross-site technical teams to ensure project fulfillment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the technical subjects  

Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and high-quality documentation practices  

Utilize technical expertise to support and guide our customers in the best way possible  

Supervise the development life cycles for all involved disciplines and actively participate in improving the best working practices  

Risk management and mitigations

Master's or BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating technical teams in program management roles

Advocate for best development practices and solutions aligned with customer needs

Collaborative team player with a proactive and independent work approach

Understanding of data communication and network protocols

Experience with the development of embedded solutions
