Projekt Manager

Are you passionate about automotive? Would you like to implement absolutely new projects and changes into running production? Do you want to work for high-end customers like BMW, Audi, Daimler, Rolls Royce, etc. and with a very complex unique technology? If yes, our position of Project Manager can be perfectly fitting to you!

Your area of responsibility:

You will be part of Engineering team, who are supporting both running production and new projects with the specialization in new projects. You will have a daily contact with Sales, Production, Quality and Maintenance colleagues.

Further responsibilities will be:

• Responsibility for all phases of the project from idea to implementation and commissioning
• Preparation of project materials, proposals for equipment procurement and management of subcontractors
• Manage time and finances so that the project plans are adhered to and any deviations can be foreseen
• Ensure proper training and documentation for all new projects, including PPAP, PFMEA, etc.
• Assemble and lead the project group, where you will also be an active participant
• Plan and coordinate the manufacture of prototypes
• Continuously optimize and develop current projects after transfer to serial production

Your profile:

We see you with a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable studies.

We expect that you have 3-5 years practical experience as a project engineer (with an experience managing and participating in projects). We also require an experience from a production company – preferably with 24/7 operation. Applicants with experience from the automotive sector, with experience in tooling and with insight into aluminium are preferred.

On the personal side you would like to work in a team with international context, have strong communication skills and commitment. It is important that you would like to work in the fast-changing environment and can priorities the tasks. If you have a leadership experience, it will be an advantage.

Strong language skills required in both English and Danish. German as language is a plus. Knowhow to Microsoft Office package is expected. Knowledges of CATIA are preferred.
