The position

As a QA Professional  for Supply Chain and Warehouse, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GxP-related matters, adherence to Quality Management Systems and relevant GMP guidelines. You will also be expected to participate in customer audits and inspections from authorities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate quality issues and foster a quality mindset. Other responsibilities include:

• Setting direction for quality system and ensuring compliance with the requirements from both customers and authorities around the world.
• Have a close and good collaboration with your colleagues in supply chain and warehouse and be able to communicate with a wide range of people.
• Reviewing and approving deviations, change requests, qualification and validation documentation.
• Contributing to projects as a QA Subject Matter Expert (SME) and reviewing project documentation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• a BSc or MSc in supply chain, chemistry, engineering, pharmacy or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a highly regulated environment working with GxP.
• strong communication skills in Danish and English to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

It is considered an advantage to have experience in supply chain, production and/or quality control in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with regulatory authority communication, and a high-quality mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Furthermore, you can be a valued partner for the Line of Business (LoB) and be right at the heart of problem-solving, aiding in discovering optimal solutions. You have great attention to detail, organization, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and team collaboration. Openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements and quality mindset are natural parts of your personality and the way you work. You have a can-do attitude and focus on opportunities rather than on limitations. The ability to work independently and make scientific decisions is necessary for this role.

About the department

QA Supporting Functions team is a part of the QA/RA department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. QA/RA department currently consists of 33 employees working diligently to support the entire value chain, from Research & Development to Production and finally Sales & Marketing. We also cover quality and regulatory affairs related communication with the authorities, our B2B customers, our distributors, and our suppliers.
