The position
As our new QC Chemist, you will be responsible for handling deviations, participating in systematic problem-solving, and assisting with optimizations in our laboratory.
our primary tasks will be:
• To ensure timely approval of world-class products.
• To work in accordance with documents in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assessing and approving analysis results
• Assisting with problem solving and professional knowledge
• Optimizing and validating analysis methods
Your main interface will be with laboratory technicians, supporters as well as QA.
Qualifications
• An academic degree within natural science.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
• Due to our many stakeholders, it is important that you are adept at building relationships and are skilled in communication.
If you are a recent graduate, it is crucial that you are prepared for a steep learning curve and possess the necessary drive to succeed in the role.

About the department
We are a well-functioning department, and you will be joining a team of 15 highly professional and motivated lab technicians and chemists, who support the development of products and production with high-quality assays. The team also handles tasks like stability tests, raw material controls, implementation of new analytical equipment and software, development and validation of methods etc. It is a laboratory with high complexity as we have many different analytical techniques. The laboratory is moving towards more digitalisation and use of data analyses, and we are in the process of replacing our current Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solution.
