The position Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责 :
Responsible for operation of the Chemistry test, make reasonable cycle plan to be sure the excipients and API which used for production activity to be taken timely and correctly, and support timely testing and release of products.
Ensuring delivery of test results in accordance with customer and business requirements and targets.
Ensuring direct reports are appropriately trained to perform job tasks.
Setting Goals and performance evaluation of direct reports.
Making /supporting IDP agreement direct reports.
IDP 协定。 Ensuring OOS results and incidents (i.e.
DVs) are investigated correctively and preventative actions are implemented as needed.

Developing efficient processes for running day-to-day operations in the laboratory 优化实验室日常操作的效率 Ensure resource management and test arrangement to have good balance of release lead-time and best productivity.
