As our QHSE Excellence Lead you will be responsible for functionally leading a team of 4 Process owners to ensure that the operational Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability and Security (QHSE) landscape across the business is developed and maintained in line with the BA Wind strategic direction and ambition.
Besides that, as QHSE Excellence Lead you are responsible for the implementation of the Operational Integrated Management System in QHSE. The QHSE Excellence Lead will lead continuous improvement projects, and be required to collaborate across the business to ensure alignment of resources and availability to drive the program.
In this role you will report to the Head of Operational Standards and will be part of the People Culture and Standards staff functions within Business Area Wind.

The group of 12 direct colleagues is organised internationally; the employees are located across all our core operating countries in the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, UK and Sweden.
