Are you a skilled QA specialist with experience from pharmaceutical industry, preferable within solid dosage forms, who is eager to set direction and to ensure compliance? Do you thrive in a constantly changing environment with various challenges and growth opportunities to handle?

We are looking for a QA Specialist who will act as Qualified Person, with a high level of dedication and an innovative mindset, who thrives in a constantly changing and challenging environment.

The position
Together with the other QP, you will be a part of a QA management group. You will be appointed as Qualified Person for ET with responsibility for release of solid dosage form products for the market, and hereby appoint and support the QP delegates in the department. In addition, you will be involved as QP for approval of escalated deviations, from line of business.

As a QP, you will set the direction for quality in our area, ensuring highest quality to the patients in a changing and challenging environment. You will contribute with expertise in larger and complex quality issues. To succeed in your role, you will be proactively and be able to see challenges and solutions frow a holistic view to create the best solutions for ET and across.

Qualifications
We seek a colleague who fits our organisation both professionally and personally. As a person you are open minded with high level of energy, an outgoing attitude and have very strong communication and collaboration skills with both your colleagues in QA, line of business and site management.

To succeed in this role, you should:

Hold an academic degree within MSc in Pharmacy, veterinarian or similar, this to ensure fulfil the requirements from the Danish Medicine Agency to become “Qualified Person”.

Have solid experience within the pharmaceutical industry, and a 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and/or production. Experience within production of solid dosage forms will be considered an advantage for this position.

Have substantial experience in release of drug product and/or finished product.

Possess recognized expertise in compliance and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry; hereby proven stakeholder interaction experience, with ability to managing multiple interests and changing objectives.

Have a passion for quality assuring a large running production unit in the role of responsible Qualified Person.

Have a scientific, systematic, and logic-driven approach.

Be proficient in both spoken and written Danish and English, as we operate in both national and international environments.

About the department
Emerging Technologies QA is a department which employ approximately 90 skilled and motivated colleagues. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk.
