QUALITY ASSISTANT

Are you passionate about clothing, curious about textiles, and do you have a keen eye for detail? Then you might be the Quality Assistant we’re looking for!

 As our focus on quality grows, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Assistant to help ensure that our collections meet our stringent quality standards.

YOUR TEAM & JOB

You’ll be joining a skilled and dedicated team where the focus is always on delivering the best quality in our products. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with our Quality Manager, buying teams, and international suppliers.

Your primary tasks will include:

•          Contributing to SELECTED’s overall quality assurance and product optimization.
•          Performing physical product tests in our textile lab and reporting the results.
•          Assisting with internal quality control and inspections.
•          Collaborating closely with our buying teams.
•          Supporting ongoing process optimization and development efforts.

 YOUR PROFILE

Since you’ll be working hands-on with our products and collaborating closely with our buying teams, it’s important that you enjoy practical tasks.  In addition, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

•  An educational background in buying or pattern construction.
•            Experience with quality assurance or testing in a textile laboratory is a benefit, but not a requirement.
•            A self-driven, meticulous, and structured work style.
•            A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
•            Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various personality types.
•          Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
•          Proficiency in English.
