Position Overview
The QA Service Lead will oversee the quality assurance processes across multiple SaaS businesses, providing expert advice and conducting reviews to ensure high standards of software quality. This role will involve collaborating with teams to implement best practices, refine testing strategies, and maintain consistency in QA processes across the organization. In addition, the position will play a key role in the acquisition and integration of new companies into team.blue, with recommendations on processes automation and testing, improvement plans and providing ongoing support to achieve integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, automation, and performance testing, with a proven track record in leading QA initiatives.
