Quality Project Coordinator for QA Improvement projects

The position 

You will be part of a QA department working across all major investment projects. Novo Nordisk is setting up new biotech facilities; they will be located in Denmark and abroad and must comply with GMP requirements (Good Manufacturing Practice). 

As a Quality Project Coordinator, you will lead improvement projects within various quality process in collaboration with management and process specialists. Regular interaction with team and department stakeholders, as well as investment portfolio QA management, is required to drive the improvement initiatives. 

Overall expectation for deliveries within the role: 

• Facilitate and drive improvement projects within validation and quality risk management 
• Support and drive training project for the area 
• Interact with stakeholders at all levels to drive improvement projects within quality processes 

The work will take place in Denmark, with close collaboration to our international sites. 

In the role you will report to a team lead within Investment Portfolio Support QA and work closely with both managers and employees in the other departments in the area.

Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you have: 

• A Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry 
• Project management experience from  projects of various sizes 
• An understanding of how QMS is applied within GMP 
• Preferably both Danish and English proficiency 
• Strong communication skills

About the department 

Investment Portfolio QA Support works to ensure early involvement in the capacity expansion portfolio in Novo Nordisk. Through our responsibility and collaboration with project organizations and stakeholders, we oversee compliance and timely approval in the establishment of new facilities built with new technology, ultimately securing products with the highest quality for patients. The department works across all Novo Nordisk sites as proximity to the projects is important.
