Position Details

• Role: Social and Healthcare Assistant
• Start Date: 1st September 2025
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week with rotating shifts
• Salary: Net monthly salary ranging from approximately EUR 2,335 to EUR 2,522, plus pension and paid vacation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care in care centers or private homes
• Empower citizens to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide personalized care

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or healthcare (e.g., Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería, Assistente Sanitario)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of practical experience in elderly care
• Willingness to learn Danish; expected to complete the official Danish language course for foreigners within two years
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)
• Valid driving license (category B) and ability to ride a bicycle
• EU/EEA, Swiss, or Nordic citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit
