Position Details
- Role: Social and Healthcare Assistant
- Start Date: 1st September 2025
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week with rotating shifts
- Salary: Net monthly salary ranging from approximately EUR 2,335 to EUR 2,522, plus pension and paid vacation
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care in care centers or private homes
- Empower citizens to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide personalized care
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or healthcare (e.g., Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería, Assistente Sanitario)
- Minimum of 1.5 years of practical experience in elderly care
- Willingness to learn Danish; expected to complete the official Danish language course for foreigners within two years
- Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level)
- Valid driving license (category B) and ability to ride a bicycle
- EU/EEA, Swiss, or Nordic citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit
