The Position
As a Ramp-up Partner in the Global FP Ramp-up Department you will join a newly established unit that is part of the exciting new FPME Ramp-up Center of Excellence. Our focus is creating optimal production starts for new Assembly & Packaging lines across our global manufacturing sites.
As we need to be close partners with our manufacturing sites this position includes physical presence at our global NN sites to help the local management and project teams ramp-up the incoming lines for production; Entailing 50% travel time divided in periods of 2-3 months where you will be travelling together in groups of 3 from the travel team.

About the Department
Global FP Ramp-up department aims to have 15 colleagues when fully staffed; 9 colleagues situated in China and 6 colleagues situated in Denmark. This current position is for Denmark, where the starting office will be in Bagsværd but later this year the area is planned to move to Høje Taastrup.
Global FP Ramp-up department is part of FPM Engineering with a team of around 80 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.
