What You’ll Do:

• Set the Vision: Collaborate with our founders and team to define a bold, long-term product strategy.

• Own the Roadmap: Create and manage a dynamic product roadmap, balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Drive UX: Design engaging user experiences, develop wireframes, and ensure clear, actionable tasks for our development team.

• Leverage Data: Use user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to iterate quickly and improve the product.

• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, attend board meetings, and shape both product and commercial strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience from SaaS or Fintech, preferably within start-ups or scale-ups. Experience managing and organizing projects and teams.

• A background in UX design and a knack for translating complex challenges into elegant solutions.

• A clear, effective communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills—ready to lead and build your team.

• A “co-founder” type who can both see the big picture and work on the small details - and put out a fire once in a while.

• A desire to make a tangible impact on the world.
