In our Corporate Facilities department, we need a new colleague who, in collaboration with our Waste Management team consisting of 8 dedicated individuals, will contribute to achieving results and making a difference. About the Department
Corporate Facilities consists of approximately 300 colleagues from various fields and is anchored within Finance, Legal, and Global Solutions. We enable Novo Nordisk to focus on its core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures such as campuses, properties, utilities, and workplaces. In addition, we offer facility management services and security operations. We continue to develop and maintain a large project portfolio and create tangible business results by collaborating with all areas of the company. What we do affects all of Novo Nordisk's Danish colleagues. Our employees are given significant responsibility from day one, providing them with a steep learning curve where their ambitions set the limits. In Corporate Facilities, we proactively work to create win-win solutions with internal and external stakeholders in the areas where we operate. You will be part of the Office & Waste Operations department, located in Bagsværd, consisting of 22 employees responsible for waste operations across all Danish sites, developing and operating the service model for office buildings, and managing maintenance and employee transportation.
