We are on a mission of growing our New Vertical (Retail) business within the Northern European region and we are now looking for a commercially driven marketer with a commercial mindset to join our team. As Wolt Market Marketing Manager in the New Verticals and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving Wolt Market growth and managing relationships with local, regional and global teams, reporting directly to the Head of Regional New Verticals and Partnership Marketing.
You will collaborate closely with the country’s New Verticals marketing and Wolt Market regional and global counterparts in order to develop marketing initiatives that will fit into the overarching regional New Vertical strategy.
Together with the New Vertical Marketing Managers, you will have the opportunity to develop Wolt Market regional level campaigns and initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of our New Verticals in the region.
Leveraging your expertise in relationship building, you will identify mutually beneficial marketing strategies that aim to grow both Wolt Market and our Retail Vertical in your region.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for analyzing Wolt Market performance across the region to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights, working closely with New Verticals marketing managers to drive initiatives that drive regional growth and success.
What you'll get to do
Be responsible for driving Wolt Market growth together with local New Vertical Marketing Managers in the Northern European Region across 8 markets (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
You will work closely with our Wolt Market global as well as local stakeholders, to meet country-specific and regional growth targets for Wolt Market in line with New Vertical growth strategy
Analyze data to evaluate current Wolt Market performance, identify gaps, propose actionable solutions, and drive their implementation
Propose and drive marketing initiatives for Wolt Market, ensuring alignment with country strategies and regional New Vertical growth targets
Manage regional and local Wolt Market campaign projects to support the local New Vertical Marketing Manager and local Wolt Market team
Manage marketing projects related to new store opening and market launches, collaborating closely with local New Vertical Marketing Managers to ensure seamless execution
Take ownership of Global and Regional Wolt Market marketing initiatives that drive Wolt Market growth for the region
Build and maintain strong key account management relationships to foster effective collaboration and sustained growth
Participate in annual vendor negotiations and develop joint marketing strategies, aligning with country New Verticals marketing and Ads teams
Collaborate with regional CRM, brand function to oversee the regional visual and CRM approach. Coordinate WM campaign management, asset delivery, execution
Support with initiatives to accelerate growth, enhance efficiency and streamline regional processes through scalable solutions and automations
Act as direct responsible individual for leading all Wolt Market global initiatives as well as for aligning regional initiatives with global and local stakeholders
3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce and/or retail
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across global and local teams
Commercial mindset with experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth
Ability to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable solutions
Experience in relationship building with retail partners and other key stakeholders
Comfortable with a two-speed approach of balancing long-term and short-term objectives and planning
Experience in marketing project management and leading projects with a diversity of internal and external stakeholders is a must
Experience working in an international environment and operating part of a team based in different countries is an advantage
Open minded, positive can-do attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Experience in Category Management and/or in the retail industry on the partner side is a plus
Fluent in English (C1+ or native speaker level)
