We are on the lookout for a talented Regional Product Operations Specialist to drive product-market fit in existing markets and ensure compliance when expanding into new markets.

We've just closed a massive 80M EUR Series B round, propelling us toward revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Our growth has soared, with nearly a million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 EV drivers joining us daily. We'll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future ⚡


    Here’s what you’ll achieve:

    As a Regional Product Operations Specialist, you will ensure our products are compliant with regional regulations, fitted to local market needs, and align with broader business objectives.

    • Own Product-Market Fit in your regions, ensuring our products comply with regulatory requirements and resonate with local customers.
    • Lead regional product adaptation by gathering market insights, analyzing customer feedback, and working with Product teams to refine features.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align on regional product features, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Ensure compliance by working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to navigate market-specific regulations.
    • Conduct market research & competitive analysis to uncover trends and customer behaviors that inform product strategy.
    • Drive product launch readiness by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, well-supported regional releases.
    • Track and report product performance in your regions, leveraging data to optimize adoption and customer satisfaction.

    As a Regional Product Operations Specialist, you will...

    To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

    • 4-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or consulting
    • Experience in B2B SaaS from a highly regulated industry where researching and understanding of market-specific regulatory requirements plays an essential role
    • Experience in drawing qualitative and quantitative insights from market-specific product feedbacks and product analytics
    • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skill with a proven ability to coordinate and influence across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal teams.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Dovetail)
    • Nice to have: proficiency in German or French.
