At Inwatec, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will be responsible for our customers in selected neighboring markets in Northern Europe. Reporting to Inwatec's Sales Director, you will collaborate with our distributors to develop both existing and new customers. You will join a young team with solid expertise where collaboration and an informal tone go hand in hand with ambitious growth targets.
There can be multiple paths to this position. You may have several years of experience in the same industry, or you might have sales experience from a different sector. Alternatively, you could also come directly from a relevant educational background and have the drive to build strong relationships in an exciting industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Understand the technical needs of customers and, importantly, their business
- Work systematically with lead generation and nurturing in all phases of the sales cycle
- Implement sales strategies and identify market opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct customer visits and joint visits with our partners in your markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization
- You should expect to travel 60-80 days a year.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a degree, either technical or commercial
- You are willing to immerse yourself in complex operational processes at laundries
- You have a curious mind and the ability to understand new technology and automation
- You possess strong business acumen and may have experience in international B2B sales
- You are ambitious and eager to play a key role in a growth-oriented company
- You are proficient in English, and German.
- You can work from our Odense office or, if you reside outside of Denmark, you might work remotely from a DACH or Benelux country
