Regional TAR Manager (Major Turn around)

Any major ASU (Air Separation Unit) or head office (req18674)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will lead Major Turnaround (TAR) scooping, project follow-up and financials
• You will support definition of maintenance planning in regards to run to failure, time-based maintenance, and condition-based maintenance, as well as the follow-up for execution and compliance of the defined maintenance planning strategies
• You will support trouble shooting in area of competence
• Contribute to the elaboration of Lessons from Reliability Events (LFRE)
• Support and facilitate Downtime event analysis, elaborating on replicated failures and developing mitigation measures
• Support business units / region by providing business cases motivations when required
• You will coordinate the implementation of Linde standards for Predictive Technology, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to improve availability and reliability in the region
• Participate in Reliability Assessments for Bulk and Onsite Production Plants and ensure efficient communication and implementation within the region
• You will drive and develop specific regional maintenance procedure (e.g.: contingency plan, yearly plant assessment, maintenance plans and inspection plans)
• Direct collaboration with operations teams is very important

What makes you great

• You have a technical education equivalent to at least Bachelor degree (process-, mechanical- or process control- engineer)
• Further you have five to ten years of experience in similar reliability position and/or relevant industry
• Knowledge about production processes, operations and maintenance of equipment
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Safety and Quality minded is required
• You are innovative, team player and change minded
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Fluent in other languages spoken in the region is an advantage
• You are willing to travel within the region
