Release Train Engineer

Our client is looking for a certified SAFe Release Train Engineer.
You must have the right to work in Denmark without restrictions.

Key responsibilities
- We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with +3 years of experience with infrastructure projects, gained by driving, facilitating and executing agile methods and activities.
- You are proficient in Agile and Lean methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe and Nexus and enjoy training/maturing and coaching agile team members accordingly.
- As a leader, you also have experience with change, risk and budget management.
- Furthermore, you are disciplined, have excellent English skills (oral and written) and can collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You easily navigate between changing measures and activities within and outside the technology areas.
- You are able to resolve or escalate obstacles, develop effective risk management processes and manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
- You have a flair for coaching agile stakeholders and leaders and encourage collaboration between teams and systems engineers. Leading estimates and metrics and monitoring alignment to roadmap and vision are also part of your skill set.
Key experience and qualifications required
You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:
- Requirements include a master's degree, Jira and Kendis expertise, IT management experience and a SAFe RTE certification.
- Work to guide and coach others about Lean-Agile practices on Program and team level.
- Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Oversee the Agile Program/Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure its functioning and productivity.
- Reporting status updates and metrics to senior leadership on the performance and efficiency of the Program/ART.
- Facilitate risk management of the Program/ART.
- Work to define working agreements for the Program/ART.
- Support the Owners of Infrastructure Products/Services when necessary.
