The Repair team is a small team with reliable, cohesive professionals, putting in their best effort to fix up SOUNDBOKS devices that need some love. They are a part of the Supply Chain team, and also work closely with the internal Customer Support team. This is also the team responsible for handling returns and exchanges, so keeping the quality control and data up to par is also at the top of their priority list.
As the Repair Assistant at SOUNDBOKS you will be joining a dynamic team that works quickly with care and attention to get the SOUNDBOKS speakers repaired and back to their owners. All of this activity is also reflected in their clean and tidy data sheets.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
Repair of SOUNDBOKS speakers
Continuous Return Quality Control (RQC)
Registering and maintaining data in NetSuite and Google Sheets for updated, real-time reflection of the stock and ongoing processes
Receiving incoming deliveries
Occasional ad-hoc tasks such as fulfilment of sales orders, stock count, maintenance of storage space, etc.

You have great attention to detail
You’re good friends with computers, online systems and technology
You’re able to move SOUNDBOKS speakers around (they are heavy and there's quite a few of them!)
Perhaps you’ve even worked with an ERP system before
Ideally, you’re familiar with practical, hands-on work with tools and it's something that you really enjoy
You have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and responsibility in a previous role
You’re a service-minded team player with an approachable personality
You have a problem-solving mindset and are ready to work in an international environment
