Reporting and process specialist for Group Legal
Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo
We are looking for a reporting and process specialist to drive our reporting and other development activities in Group Legal. This is an opportunity for you to boost your knowledge and experience on a wide range of regulatory topics, such as regulatory change and authority interactions to name a few.
You will be owning the regular reporting process, keep an overview of control execution across Group Legal and drive development further also in other areas to ensure we continuously deliver relevant and high quality outcomes and reports to the organisation in an efficient way.

Group Regulatory Management (GRM) in Group Legal is the overall responsible unit for regulatory change management across the Nordea Group and plays a key role in making sure Nordea implements regulatory changes in an efficient way. GRM also acts as the one point of entry towards the supervisory authorities and partners with business areas and group functions across Nordea in their interactions with authorities ensuring that dialogues and risks are managed prudently. Furthermore GRM manages the internal operations in Group Legal.

Welcome to the Applications and Reporting team. We provide reporting to senior management and other stakeholders on the entire regulatory change lifecycle as well as authority interactions, remediations activities and other legal matters to enable senior management attention on relevant upcoming and ongoing topics. We also add value by ensuring that the applications and technical solutions used in Group Legal are well functioning and developed to fit the unit’s needs. You’ll join a Nordic team that enjoys working together with a positive mindset, fun and great collaboration, and with a wide range of different responsibilities.
