We are seeking a skilled and passionate manager for our Turkish restaurant in Copenhagen.

Kitchen Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality presentation and taste in every meal. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Service Responsibilities: Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service in both the kitchen and front-of-house. Lead, train, and motivate the service team to provide excellent customer service. Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests. Monitor service standards and ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements: Experience as a leader with managerial responsibilities, preferably in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Proven experience in managing both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
