Kitchen Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality presentation and taste in every meal.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Service Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service in both the kitchen and front-of-house.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to provide excellent customer service.
- Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor service standards and ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements:
- Experience as a leader with managerial responsibilities, preferably in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Proven experience in managing both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
