The role and key responsibilities
As our Retail Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product assortment for our stores. Working closely with our sales- and operational team and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for purchasing and assembling the collections that define our brand. Your role emphasizes autonomy, giving you the freedom to coordinate buying and sales initiatives. You will be selecting standout styles, and continuously optimize our product lineup based on sales performance.
You will collaborate with many stakeholders in the company to ensure our ambitious growth strategy is realized. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our stores, from negotiating prices and managing product mixes to analyzing sales data and developing sales-promoting initiatives.
