YOUR TEAM
You become a part of our dynamic retail organisation, working closely with store operations, retail managers and the omnichannel department. YOUR JOB
As Retail Planner, you play a key role in maintaining a well-balanced and high-performing inventory. You are responsible for the strategic assortment planning, stock allocation, and optimizing inventory management across our store network. With your analytical skills, you build market awareness and an understanding of customer demand – and leverage this to play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You also collaborate closely with store teams, helping to fine-tune product availability and ensure seamless stock management throughout our growing store network.

Your responsibilities include:

Taking charge of NOOS styles with regular reviews, follow-ups, and timely phase-out planning

Order placement during collection for our outlet stores and order follow-ups 

Forecasting and strategically planning product assortments for both full-price and outlet stores to align with sales targets

Performance analysis

Budget planning and allocation to support business goals.

YOUR PROFILE
You excel at navigating the fast-paced world of retail planning, balancing analytical insights with hands-on operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your structured approach and eye for detail help you stay ahead in a dynamic environment, making sure the right products are always in the right place at the right time. You base your decisions on good tradesmanship and have an eye for spotting possibilities that may contribute to developing our business and take great pride in contributing to an area with potential for great growth. In addition, we are looking for the following:

Graduated from an education in business, economics, supply chain or related field - alternatively, you have experience from a similar role within planning or business analysis

Familiar with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel 

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
