We launched in July, 2024 and are now looking for a Retention Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening and creating the world’s best customer experience. Being an aioss user should feel second to none. While your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, you’ll also contribute to parts of customer acquisition via e.g. email marketing.
Design and implement customer retention strategies, including onboarding, winback, loyalty flows, unboxing and gifting strategies, etc.
Create engaging campaigns to convert leads into one-time purchases (OTP) or subscriptions and encourage OTP customers to subscribe.
Collaborate to ensure the aioss brand and customer journey shine through in all communications.
Support broader marketing initiatives, particularly through email and SMS campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
Mindset: data-driven and experimental, creative problem solver and customer-focused.
Skills: Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
Interest: Interest in health, wellness, athletics and longevity is appreciated but not required.
Experience: Mid-level (2-5 years) professional with a track record in customer retention.
