About the Position

You will be joining the Performance Team consisting of 5 people and expanding our Revenue Management efforts. The Performance Team is dedicated to increasing business performance by enabling data transparency and revenue optimization in close collaboration with our commercial teams.

The right candidate will have plenty of opportunities to make an impact, work with fantastic colleagues, and be part of a company undergoing rapid growth


You will be a key person for our short-term capacity management tasks but primarily driving our long-term efforts to optimize both data drive decision making and revenue insights.

Your Primary Responsibilities

As Revenue Manager, your tasks will include:

  • Compiling data and extracting insight to steer commercial efforts and strategy.
  • Own the continued development of efficient tools for pricing, demand forecasting and yield optimization.
  • Capacity Management and operational administration on a day2day basis
  • Assist the handling booking requests from commercial teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing and revenue management strategies.
  • Scenario modeling and revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to combine revenue input to pinpoint and analyze the total value for each of our guests and segments.

Who Are You?

As a Revenue Manager you would have a relevant educational background in Economics, Finance, Statistics or similar, preferably combined with experience collaborating closely with commercial stakeholders. But above all your inner drive and motivation to be part of a high paced transition period will be your most important assets.

There are many paths to a role like this, and your background doesn’t necessarily have to be from our industry. However, we expect you to possess several of the following skills:

  • Experience with Revenue or Yield Management (preferably in hospitality but not required).
  • You can analyze and advise on complex products with multiple dimensions.
  • A high-level command of Excel and Power-BI or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with commercial understanding.
  • Proficiency in English written as well as spoken.
