Talenthance is a people analytics business that helps companies make superior people decisions. We offer a suite of products and services, all with a focus of empowering leaders to make people decisions with data.
We launched this company in the second half of 2024 and have great commercial traction. As a result of the success we enjoy, revenue operations is taking up too much of our time, which means that we can’t deliver on the demand for our products.
Tasks
In this role you will own all things revenue operations, creating scalable processes and systems. Responsibilities include:
- Shape and automate sales workflows in our CRM (Monday) - we believe strongly in automating everything
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for internal sales performance meetings
- Involvement in the creation of new products, including pricing
- Hire and manage freelance specialists to solve for your own weaknesses or technical shortcomings in the revenue operations domain
- We are a startup, so in addition to these responsibilities, you can expect to own a variety of tasks and projects that move the needle for the company
Requirements
We are looking for a highly driven and skilled individual who is keen to own revenue operations at a fast growing company with huge ambition. We expect that your have the following experience:
- You have 2+ years working with revenue operations at a growth company
- You are an expert user of CRM systems and automation software
- You have an excellent understanding of sales processes and have been part of building workflows from scratch into a well-oiled revenue engine
- You are a numbers person who knows how to make meaning of data and present it in a compelling way
