The Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Revenue Operations Associate to join our RevOps team. If you’re someone who enjoys making processes smoother, working with data, and supporting teams to do their best work, this role could be perfect for you. You'll be a supporting hand in our team's everyday effort to help out our Client Directors, Sales, and Partner teams by keeping things organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Process Improvements:
- You’ll assist our RevOps team in refining and updating processes to keep our Client Directors, Sales, and Partner teams running smoothly. This includes helping to maintain resources like slides and tools, ensuring they’re up-to-date and useful for everyone involved.
- Work alongside the RevOps team to manage and optimize the tools our teams rely on. You’ll provide support to make sure everyone is getting the most out of these tools, including helping with any training needs.
- You’ll play a key role in assisting with data enrichment and accuracy in our CRM and other databases. This includes helping the team regularly audit and clean data so that our teams have reliable information to work with.
- Jump in to assist with various tasks as needed, such as supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including helping with packing and organizing materials for these programs. Your role is to help ensure everything runs smoothly, no matter the task.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Background: You’re studying a degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar.
- Experience: If you’ve done something similar before (in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops), that’s a bonus, but it’s not a must.
- Skills:
- You’re organized and great at juggling multiple tasks.
- You know your way around CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and are comfortable with other sales/marketing tools.
- You’ve got a good eye for detail and care about keeping data accurate.
- You can communicate clearly and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with Google Sheets, and presentation software (KeyNote)
Work Hours: Around 16-20 hours a week, with flexibility to fit around your schedule.
