Join our transformation into a global function
In our global P&C Operations department, you will join 3 colleagues in our Rewards & Mobility team. The three of us use our different skills and backgrounds to assist all our global colleagues as they move across country borders. You will join us at an exciting time; where we start the journey to transition from an HQ-centric function to a truly global and centralized function.

The role is split into two focus areas: global rewards and global mobility. Starting with global rewards, we have recently embarked on the journey to implement a new global HR system. You will be a member of the compensation workstream, reaching across all corners of ECCO to design our future rewards framework and processes and to implement these in the business.

In addition to this, you will be supporting our business by:

  • Supporting the roll-out and implementation of our global job catalog
  • Conducting market analysis and job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefit packages to ensure our salary structures are competitive and follow industry standards
  • Assisting in delivering on our annual processes, such as incentive scheme calculations/payouts and our annual salary review process
  • And focusing on global mobility, you will:

  • Ensure compliance on cross-border setups by conducting risk assessments together with our Legal and Corporate Tax Teams
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business, advising them on compliant cross-border and assignment setups
  • Assist in shaping the future of ECCO’s Global Mobility function and framework
  • Work with external vendors to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for our employees
  • Rewards & mobility experience – and the ability to adapt
    You will have a workday where things can change quickly, so the ability to make a change and adapt to a changing landscape is essential. You are solution-oriented and able to identify and explain complex scenarios to stakeholders on all levels in the organization.

    Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Have practical experience with rewards and/or mobility, which you might have gained either in-house in an international company or within consulting
  • Potentially have an educational background within HR 
  • Have previous experience with designing and implementing global rewards processes 
  • Have good stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle smaller projects 
  • Are fluent in English, and it is an advantage if you also speak Danish
  • Build a function – build on your expertise
