Join our transformation into a global function
In our global P&C Operations department, you will join 3 colleagues in our Rewards & Mobility team. The three of us use our different skills and backgrounds to assist all our global colleagues as they move across country borders. You will join us at an exciting time; where we start the journey to transition from an HQ-centric function to a truly global and centralized function.
The role is split into two focus areas: global rewards and global mobility. Starting with global rewards, we have recently embarked on the journey to implement a new global HR system. You will be a member of the compensation workstream, reaching across all corners of ECCO to design our future rewards framework and processes and to implement these in the business.
