Risk Professional

Our company is seeking a Risk Professional to oversee the identification, analysis, and management of risks across our organization. The Position
As a Risk Professional your key responsibilities will be:

• To maintain and aid in the improvement of risk management framework of multiple global projects.
• To be a trusted partner to risk owners in managing mitigation of identified risks, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that risks are appropriately addressed.
• To monitor and report on risk management activities, providing regular updates to senior management on the status of identified risks and risk mitigation plans.
• To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners to ensure that risk management activities are aligned with strategic objectives.
• To provide training and support to employees across the organization on risk management principles and practices.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, risk management, finance, economics, engineering or similar.
• 2+ years of experience and good understanding of risk management fundamentals including risk identification/assessment, mitigation, monitoring and reporting. 
• Project management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you can communicate fluently in English, both in written and spoken form. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
